Finish your episode. PostShow does the rest.

Your transcript becomes an article on your site, a captioned clip, a post for each network and a thank-you to your guest. You approve each step. Most hosts get 3 to 4 hours back per episode.

Why we built it

Promoting a podcast is a full-time job. Most podcasters don’t have the time for it, can’t afford the team it takes, and can’t compete with the shows that can. We built PostShow because we needed it ourselves.

We used several tools, and promotion still took too much time away from our other work. With PostShow, everything happens in one place and takes minutes per episode. It also does the things I never had time to do, like fully referenced articles and a social post written for every network. Every podcaster needs this, so we made it a product.

Richard Zwicky, host of High on Healthy and creator of PostShow

What you get back

Choose a plan, then set the sliders or type the numbers to match your show. The estimate uses the time hosts report spending after each recording: writing show notes, finding a clip, editing it, captioning it, writing posts for each network and posting them.

Use what you bill a client, or what you would pay an editor or assistant for the same work.

What you save, each month

28

hours

$2,100

of your time

On Solo at $49.99 a month.

That is about 42 times what the plan costs.

How an episode goes

You record

Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or your own setup. PostShow watches your folder and picks up the transcript and recording on its own.

You review

The article, the three strongest moments and the posts are ready to read. You pick the clip and adjust anything.

It goes live

When your episode appears in your feed, the article publishes and the posts go out the next morning at the time you choose.

Your guest hears from you

A short thank-you with highlights from the conversation, ready for you to send, and the posts tag them.

What counts as an episode

An episode counts once, in the month you first prepare it. Preparing it again is free. Each episode includes its clip and one re-cut; a further re-cut uses one episode from that month. Unused episodes do not carry over to the next month.

Questions

Do I need to change how I record or host my show?

No. PostShow reads your existing RSS feed and the folder where your recordings land. Your audio, feed and host stay where they are.

Does anything post without my say?

Only if you ask it to. You can review every article and clip, or turn on automatic mode for the steps you trust.

Which websites can it publish to?

WordPress, Wix, Ghost, Webflow and Squarespace, or any site through an embed or a webhook.

Which networks does it post to automatically?

Automatically, once you connect your account: Instagram (Reels, from a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page), Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon and YouTube Shorts (Solo and above). Each post goes out at the time you choose, the morning after your episode goes live.

TikTok: posts directly when you click Post, after you choose who can see it. Scheduled TikTok posts arrive as drafts in your TikTok inbox to finish in the app, because TikTok requires the account owner to confirm scheduled posts.

X: posts automatically through your own X developer app. X charges for every post made through its API, so each show uses its own X account credits.

Why is YouTube not in Hobby?

YouTube limits how many videos each app can upload per day, so uploads are reserved for Solo and above. On Hobby, download the clip and upload it in the YouTube app.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, at any time. A change takes effect right away, and this month’s episodes carry over to the new plan’s count.

What happens to my files?

Your originals stay in your own storage. PostShow keeps working copies on its server until 48 hours after an episode is promoted everywhere, then removes them; your clips stay in the storage you connect (Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive). One click brings them back if you need to post again.
